Whether you're a local or visitor, you are sure to enjoy the breath-taking views of the sun rising or setting at the Atlantic Ocean; while being guided into a deeply spiritual experience.

How it works:
We will meet approximately 30 minutes prior to sunrise or sunset. Once settled in we will set intentions and relax into a 20 minute guided mediation followed by 20 minutes of sacred silence while watching the sunrise or sunset over the horizon. We will conclude with conscious sharing of your experience.
