Walk-In's Welcome!
Three years running... every week we offer a partly-guided, partly-silent meditation for deep relaxation, healing and spiritual growth. These meditations assist each individual to go within to find their own answers to the questions life bring.
Class Format:
* Announcements and introductions
* 10-20 minutes guided mediation
* 10-20 minutes silent meditation
* 5-10 minutes group discussion
* Closing with a blessing
It takes time to get used to a new teacher, new people, places and environments, so I recommend coming at least 5-10 times before deciding if this class is beneficial for you. Those who attend this class regularly seem to develop a sense of peace, calmness, kindness, compassion, happiness, love, acceptance and overall more positive outlook on life; for themselves, others and humanity at large.

Wear: Come as you are. Be comfortable. Dress in layers. People attend in anything from yoga attire to coming straight from the office. There is a bathroom to change if you like.
Bring: Limited seating (see photo below) so you may like to bring a mat, blanket, pillow or cushion incase you sit on the floor.
Optional: Journal, pen, sweater, eye-pillow, water or anything else that helps you feel more comfortable!
