PHILOSOPHY
We all have chapters that feel too heavy to carry and too sacred to ignore. Somewhere along the way, I discovered that when we tell the truth about our lives—not for attention, but for connection—it creates space for others to do the same. This is not a story about me. It’s a story for you. If you’ve ever felt like the black sheep, the exile, the seeker, or the survivor—this is a reminder: you’re not alone. And you can heal, too.
EARLY YEARS
I was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in a small town in Indiana, where I grew up artistic, intuitive, highly sensitive—and deeply spiritual. My earliest years were marked by a strict, cult-like religious environment that did not understand or support my gifts. I experienced childhood abuse and was excommunicated from the church at 13, and again at 19. Not long after that second excommunication, I had a profound spiritual experience. Though I didn’t understand it at the time, it marked the beginning of a long journey toward healing, recovery, and a deeply personal relationship with the Divine.
HEALING JOURNEY
My path has taken me through art school, corporate success, global travel, recovery from addiction, spiritual awakening, sacred studies, and an ever-deepening relationship with my own intuitive guidance. I’ve sat in sacred circles, channeled messages, walked in holy places, camped in Israel, meditated on mountaintops, and journeyed the inner and outer worlds with great joy, deep grief, and everything in between.
LIFE PURPOSE
Over time, I’ve come to understand that my purpose is not one thing—it’s a way of being. I am a therapist. I am an artist. I am a writer. I am a spiritual guide. These are not separate paths, but facets of the same offering: a safe, sacred space for truth and healing to unfold.
HEART-CENTERED SERVICE
I offer individual holistic therapy sessions to those seeking meaningful, intuitive, heart-centered healing. This work may blend talk therapy, spiritual life coaching, energy healing, meditation, and other intuitive tools—based on what best serves your process.
