WHAT IS AN IMMERSION?
An Immersion is an extended session designed for established clients who feel called toward a deeper integrative experience... With more spacious and uninterrupted time together, we are able to move beyond surface conversation and stay with what is unfolding naturally—allowing greater insight, emotional processing, energetic healing, clarity, and transformation to emerge with more depth, intention, and support.
CUSTOMIZED INTEGRATIVE EXPERIENCES
Immersions may weave together Holistic Counseling, Spiritual Life Coaching, Energy Healing, Meditation, intuitive guidance... and other integrative approaches based on your individual needs and what feels most supportive in the moment. These experiences are collaborative, personalized, and designed to support meaningful inner work, deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, spiritual connection, and lasting transformation within a grounded and supportive environment.
LONGER SESSIONS FOR DEEPER HEALING
Many individuals choose immersions during periods of transition, awakening, grief, emotional overwhelm, spiritual growth, relationship changes... or when they simply feel ready to dedicate more intentional space and time toward their healing journey. Extended sessions often allow for deeper reflection, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, spiritual connection, clarity, integration, and restorative healing that may be more difficult to access within shorter sessions.

Immersions are available for established clients who have completed a New Client Session along with one to three private sessions beforehand. This foundation allows us to build trust, deepen our understanding of your goals and process, and ensure that the experience feels supportive, grounded, and aligned before moving into deeper immersive transformational work together...
