Calming the Emotions: A Guided Meditation from Floww for Beginners to Find Peace

She channeled through me. I never know what Floww will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of calm, and I knew to share... So go ahead and close your eyes...

...Take a nice, deep breath, and drop your shoulders. Relax the jaw.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down, ensuring that the head, shoulders, and neck are supported comfortably. Let the body feel fully supported. Feel free to shift or move at any point during this meditation to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable.

This is a beginner's meditation to assist in Calming the Emotions.

Breathing in and breathing out, allow the body to relax and the mind to relax. Know that there is nothing in particular that you need to do or say or think or feel at this time. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. All you need to do is follow my voice and allow the words to wash over your body, mind, and emotions—whatever state of being you are in. Have acceptance for wherever you are and whatever is going on.

Start by dropping the shoulders. Let the arms get heavy. Let the legs get heavy. Sink in and release any thoughts, releasing any beliefs. Let the mind quiet down.

Begin breathing into the core of the body. Bring your focus and attention to any place where the body is holding emotions that may be seeking to be calmed and relaxed at this time. Often, we hold emotions in the center of the body, perhaps around the shoulders, chest, heart, or upper or lower belly. Emotions can be held in various places. Just notice where they are for you, and breathe into those places and spaces.

Breathe in Calm. Breathe out any fear, worry, or anxiety you may be experiencing at this time.

Breathe in Peace into the spaces within the body that hold emotions. Breathe out fear, worry, or anxiety. Breathe in Calm. Breathe out heaviness, pain, or suffering.

Breathe in Love. Breathe in Peace. Breathe in Calm.

Relax the emotions, honoring them all. At the same time, allow that which is ready to be released to move along its own evolutionary path. Welcome in more Love, more Peace, and more Calm.

Let the mind and body relax. Assist the emotions in receiving this vibrational medication, this healing ointment, to soothe and calm all the nerves. Let it soothe and calm all the vibrations within your body that are ready to open to these new vibrations of Peace and Calm.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Let go. Receive.

Breathe out the old. Welcome in the new. Calm and regulate your emotional state through my words, through your intentions, and through your consciousness.

Find yourself a little more relaxed, a little more grounded and centered than when we began. Allow yourself to return to this meditation as often as you like, as often as needed. Take short breaks throughout the day, the days, or the weeks ahead—whenever needed to regulate the emotions, come back to your center, and return to Peace and Calm.

Anchor in this newer energy, this newer emotional state.

Visualize yourself moving forward after this meditation in Peace and Calm, relaxation flowwing throughout your day or evening, throughout your days or weeks ahead. See yourself grounded and centered.

Breathe that vision into the body as you wiggle your toes and fingers. Bring your hands to your heart space, or anywhere on the core of the body that feels good. Send yourself gratitude for taking these few minutes to be still, to be Calm, and to be relaxed.

Anchor all of this by bringing a smile to your face, increasing your endorphins and assisting in calming the emotions. Stretch your arms and legs. Open your eyes whenever you feel ready.
