While we understand that anger in and of itself can be beneficial in small doses—providing guidance for you on your path—if it lasts too long within your system, it can feel overwhelming, like a burden or a heavy energy. Sometimes anger gets stuck within the body, the mind, the energy centers, or even the auric field...
The humor of human nature...I Am... I Am One.... I Am One with All That Is... I Am One with Unconditional Laughter, Unlimited Unconditional Lightness, Laughter, and Humor. The question was:
What is the purpose of this lightness, laughter, and humor? The answer is: The purpose is to lighten your energy, and your field, to lighten your vibration even further... Go Ahead...and just kind of drop your shoulders, relax your jaw. Maybe take some nice, deep breaths. Breathing in and breathing out. This affirmation healing session is all about taking responsibility for your own energetic vibration, which in turn means taking responsibility for your beliefs, your thoughts, and your emotions. This isn't always an easy thing for any of us to do, but when we claim our Sovereignty in this, it becomes more natural.
