Energy hygiene goes beyond simply clearing and protecting our energy; it’s about cultivating an ongoing awareness of the spiritual and physical aspects of ourselves. According to the floww philosophy, we are eternal spiritual energy beings having temporary physical experiences. This understanding helps us realize that maintaining our energy field is vital to living in alignment with our higher purpose. The energy we carry reflects our emotional and spiritual state, as well as our connection to the world around us...

​Energy hygiene goes beyond simply clearing and protecting our energy; it’s about cultivating an ongoing awareness of the spiritual and physical aspects of ourselves. We are eternal spiritual energy beings having temporary physical experiences. This understanding helps us realize that maintaining our energy field is vital to living in alignment with our higher purpose. The energy we carry reflects our emotional and spiritual state, as well as our connection to the world around us.

One of the most powerful tools for supporting energy hygiene is Love. When we work with love as the central healing force, we open ourselves to deeper emotional and spiritual healing. Energy Healing works with the heart energy center to help release stuck emotions, stress, and any external energies we may have absorbed throughout our daily interactions.

Energy hygiene is essential for maintaining this free flow of life force energy. Just as we practice physical hygiene to keep our bodies healthy, we must also cleanse and protect our energy field. Regular energy hygiene practices help us release what no longer serves us, clear emotional or energetic debris, and create a shield of light around our aura. By doing so, we ensure that our energy remains strong, vibrant, and aligned with our highest purpose.

Grounding techniques, such as walking barefoot on the Earth, using healing crystals like selenite or black tourmaline, and practicing daily meditation, are simple yet powerful ways to maintain energy hygiene. Incorporating these practices into your daily life can help clear your energy field and protect you from absorbing negative vibrations from others, ensuring that we stay connected to the love, light, and truth of who we are as spiritual beings.

By maintaining energy hygiene, we not only improve our personal well-being but also create a positive ripple effect in the world. When our energy is clear and balanced, we naturally uplift those around us, contributing to the collective healing of humanity.

Meditation:  
Find a comfortable space and close your eyes. Take deep breaths, focusing on your heart center. Visualize a radiant light flowing from your heart and expanding throughout your body, clearing any stagnant or negative energy. As you breathe, allow this light to create a protective shield around you. Silently repeat the affirmation: “I am aligned with the flow of universal love and energy.”

Source Energy, I open myself to the flow of love and healing. Help me to maintain clear, vibrant energy that supports my highest purpose. May my energy field remain balanced, and may my heart be a source of love and light for myself and others. Amen.
