Saying Thank-You - Listen to this Very Simple Prayer by Jennifer Michaels

Dear Source Energy, thank you. Amen.

The words thank you are some of the most powerful in our human vocabulary. They immediately shift our energy, lifting our vibration and aligning us with the Divine. Gratitude is transformative. When we say thank you—whether for the big things or the small things—we open ourselves to Love, Light, and Peace.

We can say thank you for anything that excites us, anything we’re passionate about, or any little moment of joy. We can say thank you for the big things and the little things. Gratitude is not limited to the good things—it extends to the things we don’t like or understand. It’s about living in gratitude for life itself, for the experience of being incarnated, of being human. Gratitude isn’t always easy, but it is always possible.

Gratitude is a practice. Just like meditating, running, or learning a skill, it’s something we can cultivate daily. The more we say thank you, or thank you very much, the more it clears our auric field, aligns our energy centers, and enhances our Light Body.

Over time, it becomes a way of being—a way to connect with our True Nature.
When we wake up and say thank you—whether for a sunrise, for laughter, or for simply being here—we shift into alignment with Source Energy.

When we thank The Divine even for the challenging moments, we move into what Floww calls Unconditional Gratitude. Just like Unconditional Forgiveness, it’s a choice we make, and no one can make it for us. But it’s a choice that changes everything.
