Inspiration
December is a month of transition, inviting us to reflect on the year’s journey as we prepare for new beginnings. The Winter Solstice brings the promise of returning light, while holiday traditions fill our days with warmth and community. As we move through this month, we are given a gentle nudge to pause, appreciate, and celebrate. Embrace this time as an opportunity to reflect on what you’ve gained, let go of what no longer serves you, and open to the flowing energy of renewal. Allow December’s spirit to fill you with peace, gratitude, and hope for the future.

Meditation
Find a quiet space and close your eyes, breathing deeply. Visualize yourself standing on a path, looking back at the year behind you. As you breathe, notice the blessings, lessons, and moments of joy and growth that fill this path. With each inhale, feel gratitude for these experiences. With each exhale, release anything that you’re ready to leave behind. Now, turn to face forward, sensing the light of the Solstice, the warmth of the holidays, and the possibilities of the year ahead. Rest in this calm, open-hearted state, ready to welcome what’s to come.

Prayer
Divine Creator, thank You for this season of reflection and renewal. Help me to move through December with a grateful heart, honoring the wisdom of the past year. May I embrace this time of celebration and new beginnings, walking forward in peace and hope.
