As you breathe, picture a gentle flowing energy radiating from your heart, touching those around you with love and kindness. With each inhale, imagine yourself receiving love and abundance; with each exhale, see yourself giving freely from this overflowing source. Let this flowing connect you with the peace that comes from generosity and love.
