Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Visualize a warm, soft light within your heart, gently expanding with each inhale. With each exhale, imagine this light connecting with those around you, creating a web of love and understanding. See this light linking you to loved ones, friends, and even strangers, all held in the spirit of unity. Rest in this space, feeling a deep connection to all, and let this healing energy flow fill you with peace.

Divine Source, thank You for the unity that binds us all in love. Help me to embrace this spirit of togetherness, offering kindness and compassion freely. May I walk in harmony with others, knowing that we are all connected by Your love.
