Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Imagine holding a small seed in your hand, representing an intention or goal. With each inhale, feel love and patience fill you, and with each exhale, imagine planting this seed in rich, fertile soil. Picture yourself watering it with care, trusting it will bloom in its own perfect time. Allow this healing energy flowwing through you to nurture your intention, giving it strength and life.
