As we approach the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, we’re reminded that even the darkest moments are temporary and that Light always returns. This season invites us to honor the quiet wisdom of the darker days, knowing that they prepare us for renewal. As the Solstice nears and Christmas approaches, take time to nurture your Inner-Light, letting it grow with each passing day. Embrace this time of stillness and reflection, feeling the flowing energy of peace guiding you into the season’s Light. Let each day become a step closer to joy, connection, and spiritual warmth.

Meditation
Close your eyes and breathe deeply, settling into a quiet space. Visualize yourself holding a small candle within your heart, representing your Inner- Light. With each inhale, see this flame grow brighter, gently illuminating the space around it. With each exhale, let go of anything you’re ready to release as the year draws to a close. Allow this Light to grow and expand, warming you from within and reminding you of the brighter days to come. Rest in this gentle floww of Light and peace.

Prayer
Divine Source of Light, thank You for the wisdom that comes with the season’s quiet and darkness. Help me to honor this time and to embrace the Light within as we move toward brighter days. May I carry peace and gratitude with me, preparing my heart for the joy of new beginnings.
