Close your eyes and breathe deeply, settling into a quiet space. Visualize yourself holding a small candle within your heart, representing your Inner- Light. With each inhale, see this flame grow brighter, gently illuminating the space around it. With each exhale, let go of anything you’re ready to release as the year draws to a close.
