Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Visualize a soft, warm light around your heart. As you breathe, see this light expanding, filling you with a gentle, comforting warmth. With each inhale, reflect on something you feel thankful for, and with each exhale, allow gratitude to radiate outward. Imagine this feeling of thankfulness flowing through you, connecting you to the loving energy of the universe. Let your heart open wider with every breath, feeling the Angel of Gratitude embracing you.

Divine Creator, thank You for the countless blessings in my life. May I always remember to express gratitude and to recognize the gifts You place before me. Guide me to live with an open heart and to share my blessings generously.
