Our Unlimited Capacity to Love: A Message, Vision and Spiritual Experience about Releasing Judgement and Loving More

She channeled through me. I never know what She will say or how the lessons will unfold, yet as I listened and became aware, Her presence brought lesson of my capacity to Love, and I knew to share... Yesterday, while sitting in an AA meeting...

​...I had a vision of my heart expanding. There were nearly a hundred people in the room, and in that moment, I felt my heart’s capacity growing. It was as if my heart had become large enough to love every be-ing present. I could feel it expanding outward, stretching into a vast space of connection and Unconditional Love.

And then, just as quickly, I could feel it contract—becoming smaller, tighter. It was a physical sensation, one tied to my own thoughts and judgments. But Source-Energy gently prompted me to maintain The Truth: that my Heart was indeed large enough, that I was expansive enough, to truly love All Be-ings exactly and to the same capacity Source does.

This realization is profound yet simple: our Divine Hearts are unlimited. Just as Source-Energy loves All Be-ings unconditionally, so too can we. Our capacity to love, to embrace, to connect, is not finite—it is infinite.

Yet, the human aspect of me sometimes forgets this. I notice when my heart contracts, when judgment creeps in. Like the man at Walmart with the stained sweatshirt who wouldn’t meet my eyes—I judged him, forgetting that he, too, is Source Energy, worthy of love and belonging. I don't beat myself up for this, rather realize I am human... then seek to do better.

Moments like yesterday remind me that the human tendency to shrink and contract does not define me. When I surrender to the expansiveness of my Heart, when I align with The Truth that I am unlimited, I remember that I can Love without conditions.

Today, I sit in gratitude. Gratitude for Source Energy’s infinite love, for the reminder that my heart’s capacity is vast and unlimited, and for the Gift-of Experiencing this Truth. Yesterday was beautiful, and today, the gratitude remains.
