I never know what She will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of peace, and I knew to share… Go ahead and close your eyes. ...Take a nice deep breath and drop your shoulders. Relax the jaw. This is a meditation for beginners to help you relax the mind. Breathing in and breathing out, all the mind needs to do right now is follow my voice. As you find a comfortable position for your body, you can lay or sit, maybe allowing the shoulders, the neck, and the head to be supported. All the mind has to do is follow my voice. There’s nothing else that you have to do, say, think, or feel. Let the body relax. Wherever you find yourself, just sink deeper. Let the arms get heavy. Let the legs get heavy. Relax the entire body and begin to relax the mind. Let the eyelids get heavy, and know that this is your time and your space. As thoughts come and go, just allow them to release. Release the to-do lists. Release any worry or anxiety. As one thought comes in, watch it float away on a cloud. As the next thought comes in, watch it float away on another cloud. Thoughts are things, and if we have too many competing for attention within the brain, it can feel quite heavy. So, we’re releasing these thoughts, giving them a safe and comfortable place to relax and float away—one cloud at a time. As the next thought comes, it sits on the cloud and floats away. All the energy behind the eyes, behind the forehead, can release and relax, even allowing the muscles along the top of the head to let go and relax. The muscles along the sides of the head, along the temples, and the cheeks can release and let go. If your thoughts begin to float away from my voice or the words you’re hearing, just gently bring them back—without judgment, without worry, without fear. Bring them back to my voice with love and peace. When a thought comes, it floats away on a cloud. Another thought comes, and it floats away on a cloud. Little thoughts, big thoughts, important thoughts, unimportant thoughts—all of them floating away. The body is relaxed. The mind is relaxed. Even the emotions can relax. Just follow my voice, giving your thoughts a comfortable place to sit on a cloud, floating away and releasing—one at a time. Allow the mind to slow down and take a break. Find within yourself a deep appreciation for the mind, for the brain, and for all it does for you. Just give it some space right here, right now, to let go and really take a break. Let those clouds continue—one at a time—to carry away as many thoughts as are needed at this particular moment. There’s nothing you have to do, say, think, or feel. Let go, relaxing the eyes, the forehead, and the temples. Let your mind relax. We’ll now invite in a beautiful White-Light. Allow the White-Light to cleanse both sides of the brain—the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere. It washes away any heaviness. It washes away any worry. It washes away any clutter. Let this beautiful White-Light bring peace and serenity to the mind. You will leave this meditation with the White-Light continuing to work as you go about the rest of your day or evening, the rest of your week or weeks. Allow yourself to come back to this guided meditation to relax the mind as many times as you would like or need, creating a more permanent state of serenity and peace within the mind. You may like to come back for three days, seven days, or ten days in a row to anchor in this calmness and peace before moving on to a longer meditation or process. Enjoy this short practice for releasing and relaxing, letting go, and calming the mind in every way. Breathing in and breathing out, wiggle your fingers. Bring your hands to your Heart Space. Send gratitude and love to yourself for taking this time to be still, to relax. Wiggle your toes, wiggle your fingers, stretch your arms, stretch your legs. Come back feeling refreshed and calm, with a little more peace in your mind, your Soul, and your Spirit. Thank you for taking this time to be still, to relax.
