I Am Happy

I Am Happy. I Am Healthy. I Am Whole.

Why do affirmations work? They just do. Words have the power of life and death. Words create worlds. ‘Let it be and so it is’... these are words that seal in. ‘I Am’... these are words that create. What are you creating with your words? Good or bad? Up or down? High or low?

​Words take us places and engage experiences. ‘Be careful what you say... what you ask for... you might just get it’ is a common thing to say. But why with such a warning? The warning comes due to the state of consciousness on the planet at this time.

Words come from beliefs, beliefs alter thinking and thinking alters feelings. We want to feel better and we think and believe that ‘this’ or ‘that’ will make us feel better, but most of the time ‘this’ or ‘that’ is a trap or trick.

Release now your beliefs and ideas and come to the heart. Not just the heart, but the Heart... the Divine Heart. The Divine Heart has the answers for you to feel better. She (your heart) is happy, content, satisfied. Close your eyes and feel into the Divine Heart, allow her to speak and provide for you the truth of who and what you are, just as you are right here, right now.

Why do we say the Divine Heart? It is the aspect of you that is at your center. It is the aspect of you that never dies. The aspect of you that will always tell you the Truth in all situations and needs for understanding.

We are all connected to Source, each and every one. The Divine Heart is the connection point to Source Energy, to Love and Truth, and in this connection, you will feel all your answers to all your questions, and in this, your words will change, and in that, your world will change. The Divine Heart will reveal all to you in Divine Timing.

She speaks, yes, with the still small voice. This is why the saints and sages, the medicine men and women say to be still, to meditate, to quiet the mind, so that you may hear the heart, feel your center, and not only your heart but the voice of the Divine speaking through your heart.

We are all connected. We do not need a middle man. We are all connected to Source Energy, the Universe, God, your Higher Power. The Truth feels good, and the more you sit quietly and notice the nuances of The Spirit, the more you will intuitively know exactly what to do, say, think, or feel about all the 10,000 things, and you will realize the 10,000 things are not as important as you once thought.

You will say unto yourself, ‘I Am Here.’ ‘Here I Am,’ and you will be, in this moment of stillness, all you were created to be, and you will continue... ‘I Am Happy.’ ‘I Am Healthy.’ ‘I Am Whole.’ And in this, you will be. There are no shortcuts, there is no fast food for the evolution of our consciousness. There is only right here and right now, and in that is everything you’ve ever wanted.
