She channeled through me. I never know what She will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of serenity, and I knew to share… So go ahead and breathe in and breathe out… Start to relax. Drop your shoulders. Maybe stretch out your jaw. This is a meditation for beginners—a way to relax the body, relax the mind, and connect with the breath. Find yourself in a comfortable place, a comfortable position. Maybe the back of your head or neck is supported. Laying down or sitting, feel free to shift positions at any time if needed. Just follow my voice. There’s nothing you need to do or say or think or feel. Just follow along, listening to my voice, assisting the body in relaxing with the breath and the intention. Breathing in, breathing out. Let’s go ahead and relax the top of the head. Relax the sides of the head. Relax the eyes, allowing the eyelids to get heavy. Release and let go of any tightness, any tension. Relax the back of the neck, the sides of the neck. Relax the throat and the front of the neck. Relax the shoulders. Allow the arms to get heavy. Relax the upper arms. Relax the lower arms. Relax the hands. Breathing in and breathing out. There’s nothing you have to do or say or think or feel—just follow my voice. Relax. Let go. Let the back relax—the upper back, the mid-back, the low back. Release and let go. Let the sides of the body relax. Let the chest relax. Let the belly relax. Breathing in and breathing out, surrendering deeply into the relaxation. Following my voice, the mind can relax. Let the hips relax. Let the glutes relax. Let the upper legs relax. Let the lower legs relax. Let your feet, all the way to the toes, relax. The whole body can release, let go, and relax, surrendering again into this deep space of letting go. Breathing in and breathing out, enjoying this moment of serenity, this moment of peace. Releasing and letting go. The whole body is deeply and soundly relaxed. In this deep state of relaxation, healing and restoration can begin to take place. Restoring your equilibrium, restoring a sense of calm, a sense of peace. Allow yourself to visualize moving through the rest of your day or evening in this very centered and calm state of Be-Ing, carrying this relaxation with you as you move forward throughout your days and maybe even weeks. Come back to this meditation as often as you would like—maybe three days, seven days, or ten days—developing this deep state of relaxation within the body. Breathing in and breathing out, go ahead and wiggle your fingers. Bring your hands to your Heart Space. Send yourself some gratitude, love, and compassion for taking this time to be still, to relax the body, the mind, and the emotions. Wiggle your toes. Wiggle your fingers. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Feel proud of yourself for taking this time to release and relax. Come back feeling restored and refreshed, ready for whatever is next.
