The Seven Energy Centers: A Guided Meditation from Floww for Deep Cleansing, Clearing and Alignment

She channeled through me. I never know what She will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of alignment, and I knew to share... So go ahead and just close your eyes. 

Take a nice, deep breath. Relax your shoulders. Relax your jaw. Maybe let your arms and your legs get heavy. Breathe in and breathe out.

We’re just going to suggest that the thinking mind can take a break. Focus on the heart center, allowing it to open, relaxing the mind, breathing into the heart, and knowing there’s nothing in particular that you need to do or say or think or feel. This is your time to connect with your energy centers, bringing more Peace, Harmony, and alignment.

Imagine that from the top of your head, you’re connected above to the Heavens, and from the bottoms of your feet, you’re connected below to the Earth. Feel this eternal connection, allowing the Heavens to floww gently from above through your body, flowwing through the heart space and down toward Mother Earth. Imagine the heart of Mother Earth sending her nurturing energy back up through your body, flowwing through the heart space and up to the Heavens. Let this beautiful floww of energy continue at its own pace.

Bring your focus and awareness to the area around the base of the spine. Imagine the Heavens and Mother Earth sending a beautiful White-Light to cleanse and clear this space, flowwing gently through the base of the spine. You may see a sphere of energy that begins to cleanse, clear, and expand outward in all directions. Imagine a clean, clear, sparkling Light moving through the base of the spine, hips, groin, and lower belly. Let this expanded sphere continue to cleanse and clear with the energies of Heaven and Earth, expanding your Light Body.

Now, bring your focus to the energy below the belly button, in the lower back and lower belly area. Imagine this energy center opening, as a sphere of Light filled with Heaven and Earth flows through. You might see this Light as White-Light with sparkling gold dust, cleansing, clearing, and bringing in beautiful, creative vibrations. Allow yourself to release the old and welcome in new creative energies. Breathe into the energy at the base of the spine and the energy in the lower belly.

Shift your attention to the upper belly, the space above the belly button and below the rib cage. Breathe into this area, the sides of the body, and the lower part of the mid-back. See this sphere begin to open, cleansing and clearing with the energies of Heaven and Earth. Let this golden, sparkling Light floww in a circular motion, expanding this energy center and bringing alignment with the lower centers. Feel a sense of personal power and sovereignty.

Now, focus on the heart space—the center of your being. Visualize a sphere of energy expanding outward in all directions, aligning beautifully with the lower energy centers. Let the love in the heart space expand, shining your unique Light outward. Allow Heaven and Earth to cleanse and clear this sphere, filling it with golden, sparkling stardust. Feel this alignment and expansion.

Next, turn your attention to the throat. Let this energy center expand in all directions, welcoming Heaven and Earth to cleanse and clear. Allow your authentic voice to shine through, supported by the alignment of the lower centers. Feel the Light from your throat shining in all directions, filling the front, sides, and back of the neck, even reaching the jaw and shoulders.

Bring your awareness to the forehead, the space inside the thinking mind. Let this energy center open and expand, with Heaven and Earth flowwing cleansing and clearing energy through it. Relax the mind, allowing Light to floww behind the eyes, forehead, and temples. See this energy center expand into a halo around the head, aligning beautifully with the lower centers.

Finally, focus about two inches above the top of your head. Visualize this sphere of energy opening and expanding, flowwing outward in all directions. Let this center align with the lower spheres as Heaven and Earth send golden, sparkling stardust energy through your Light Body. Notice how all seven energy centers are aligned, affecting the front, sides, and back of your body.

See a continuous floww of energy moving from Heaven, through your body, to the Earth, and back again. Let this Light floww up and down, cleansing and clearing through all your open energy centers. Slowly, begin to bring the expanded spheres back to their original size—maybe the size of an apple or a softball—knowing they remain clean, clear, strong, and healthy.

This alignment will help you move through your day with ease, grace, and a sense of being in the floww in all you do, say, think, and feel. Let Heaven and Earth bless your mind, heart, body, Soul, Spirit, and life. Bring your hands to prayer at your heart and give thanks to the Heavens, the Earth, and your own inner being for taking this time to be still and quiet.

Come back to this meditation anytime you’re drawn to it or need it. Repeating this practice over seven, fourteen, or even twenty-one days can help anchor these beautiful energies and deepen your connection to your personal Light Body.
