She channeled through me. I never know what She will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of calm, and I knew to share… So go ahead and close your eyes... ... and take a nice, deep breath. Drop your shoulders, relax your jaw, and settle in. This guided meditation is for the sake of uplifting the vibration of anger. While we understand that anger in and of itself can be beneficial in small doses—providing guidance for you on your path—if it lasts too long within your system, it can feel overwhelming, like a burden or a heavy energy. Sometimes anger gets stuck within the body, the mind, the energy centers, or even the auric field. Today we will begin uplifting, cleansing, and clearing anger out of the system wherever it has been stuck and has lasted for too long. We will replace the anger with Peace as we go into deep relaxation and visualization. You will come back feeling rested and restored. As you breathe in and breathe out, drop your shoulders and find a place to rest your neck and head. Get yourself comfortable. There is no need to be in any particular position—laying or sitting—just rest in a way that feels best to you. Breathing in and breathing out, our first suggestion will be to breathe out anger and to breathe in Peace. Let’s set the intention that with every breath you take, whether you’re consciously thinking of it or not, this is what is happening: breathing out anger, breathing in Peace. Let’s begin to envision a beautiful White-Light somewhere above the top of your head. This White-Light represents Unconditional Love, Divine Peace, God, the Universe, your Higher Power—whatever you might like to call it. Imagine this beautiful, Bright-White-Light begins to float down across the top of your head, relaxing all the muscles across the top of your head, the back of your head, and the sides of your head. Relax your forehead and your eyes, allowing your eyelids to get heavy. Now imagine this Light bringing with it a Divine sense of relaxation and Peace as it moves through your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, cheeks, neck, throat, and shoulders. Allow your arms and legs to get heavy as the Light flowws from the top of the spine to the base of the spine. As it moves, it relaxes all the little muscles along either side of the spine, and your body can sink even deeper. Imagine this Light filling the spaces in between each vertebra, moving into the nervous system and flowwing like a Healing-Ointment throughout the entire body. As it flowws, this Divine Light picks up any old energy connected to anger. There’s nothing you have to do or say or think or feel—just allow this Light to pick up any old vibrations connected to anger that no longer serve your Highest and Best Good. Let the Light relax your entire back and move around the sides of your body toward the heart space. Many times, anger gets stuck deep within the crevices of the heart—the physical heart and the energetic heart. Let’s allow this Divine Light of Peace to move through the chambers and valves of the heart. Use your mind’s eye, your imagination, and your consciousness to let the White-Light of Peace and Love assist in cleansing and clearing any anger held within the heart space. Take your time envisioning this, letting the Light move wherever it needs to go. There is an energy field around the heart space, around the physical heart. The heart energy center can get quite contracted with old energies connected to anger. Breathe into the heart and expand the energy around it. See the energy around the heart taking on a beautiful, bright White-Light appearance. Continue to let this energy expand as you breathe in and out from the heart space, breathing in Peace and breathing out anger. Let the energy of Light expand in all directions—deep within the physical heart, around the heart, and in the heart energy center. Allow the heart energy center to expand from the size of the heart to that of a grapefruit, then a soccer ball, a basketball, and even an exercise ball. Let it expand so much that it moves outside the physical body. Feel this expansion as there’s now a lot of room to breathe within the heart space. In this spaciousness, you may see the cells of the heart expanding, allowing the Light to move with ease and grace in between each and every cell. As the heart expands, welcome in deep relaxation and Peace. Uplift any old energies, and then gently allow the heart energy field to contract to a sphere around the heart—perhaps the size of a softball or a soccer ball. Turn your attention to the energy above the heart and below the heart. Let the Light from the heart shine above and below. From the heart, connect upward to the Light above the top of your head and downward past your legs and feet toward Mother Earth. Let this beautiful line of energy floww. Let the relaxing energy move with ease and grace down your arms, upper arms, elbows, lower arms, and hands. Feel this Light flowwing to your upper and lower belly, relaxing you as it moves through your body. As this Divine Light flowws, it continues to pick up any energetic debris connected to anger, replacing it with Peace in every cell of your body—even into the DNA, the RNA, and the space in between. Allow this Light to floww into the hips, hip joints, upper legs, knees, lower legs, ankles, tops of the feet, and soles of the feet. Breathe into the heart space again. Now, breathe out Peace. Fill your entire body with Peace. Envision the energy centers from your heart space above and below. See clean, clear energy of Peace in the throat, third eye (behind the forehead), crown (above the top of the head), and the energy centers below: upper belly, lower belly, and root (at the base of the spine). All these energy centers are clean, clear, vibrant, healthy, and filled with Peace. Let this energy of Peace resonate in your eyes, ears, and even in the spaces between each vertebra. Let it resonate in the palms of your hands and the arches of your feet. You are deeply connected--temporarily to Mother Earth in this lifetime and eternally to the Heavens. See the expansion of this beautiful Light, and feel a sense of Oneness with All That Is. As you return your focus to the Heart Space, see the heart beating with cleansing, clearing, peaceful Light. Let this healing energy move through your entire vascular system, touching every aspect of your being. Even as you come out of this meditation, know that the energy of Peace will continue to work with you in the days to come. Take a deep breath, and begin to wiggle your fingers and toes. Bring a smile to your face. Place your hands on your heart space, and send yourself gratitude for being here, for being still, for releasing old energies, and for welcoming new ones. Feel proud of yourself for taking this time to care for yourself, your Soul, and your Spirit. When you’re ready, open your eyes and come back into the room, fully refreshed and restored. Repeat this meditation as often as feels right to you—whether for three, seven, or 21 days. Repetition helps anchor the New Energy in. The way the meditation invites Peace to floww through the body and the heart, replacing heavy energy, feels nurturing and transformational. The imagery used is vivid and accessible—seeing the White-Light cleansing the cells, the heart expanding, and the peaceful connection between Heaven and Earth creates a sense of safety and grounding. This imagery doesn’t just guide participants; it empowers them to visualize their own healing, which is such a unique and empowering feature. What also resonates with me is the heart-centered focus. The heart is so often where we store our deepest emotions, and guiding participants to expand their heart energy, then contract it gently to a manageable state, creates a floww of healing and restoration that feels realistic and sustainable. I truly believe this meditation has the capacity to shift people's energy, to give them a tangible sense of release, and to empower them to carry that Peace forward. It’s like a roadmap for self-healing, guided by loving energy. This meditation is not only calming but also hopeful—it’s practical and spiritual, offering a bridge for anyone to move from anger to Peace. It’s the kind of tool that can leave someone not only lighter but also inspired to approach life with more balance and Love. May this meditation find its way to everyone who wants or needs it.
