Release Anxiety: A Guided Meditation from Floww Offering Soothing, Peaceful and Calming Energy12/8/2024 Floww channeled through me. I never know what She will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of peace and calm, and I knew to share... so go ahead and close your eyes... ... and take a nice, deep breath, breathing in and breathing out. Just drop your shoulders, relax your jaw, breathing in and breathing out.
This is a quick meditation to uplift the vibration of anxiety—something that plagues so many. Just know that you’re not alone. Anxiety is a vibration that tends to get stuck for a variety of reasons within the energy field, but it is possible to uplift this energy and feel better. So simply listen to my voice and know that, in this moment, there’s nothing you need to do or say or think or feel. We’re just going to release and relax. Make sure your head is supported in some way—leaning back or lying down—and allow your whole Body to relax. Eyes are closed, breathing in and breathing out at your own pace. Now, begin to feel a connection to Heaven and Earth. This is quite easy to do—just become aware of the beautiful Light above the top of your head and the beautiful Light below the bottom of your feet. Picture Light above your head representing Heaven, and Light beneath your feet representing Earth. Imagine these two Lights are here to support and assist you in uplifting the vibration of anxiety. Let the Light from above begin to floww from the top of your head down through your Body, moving gently and touching every part of you. It releases and relaxes your muscles, your energy, your cells, your organs, your bones. This Light flowws through your belief systems, your thinking Mind, your emotional Body, your energy centers, and your auric field. It flowws downward toward Earth. From Earth’s Light, allow the energy to floww back up through your Body in the same way—in front of your Body, behind your Body, to the right, to the left, above, and below—connecting once again to the Light above your head. It’s almost as if this Floww-of-Energy from above acts as a magnet, picking up all vibrations of anxiety no matter where they are, inside or outside of your Body. The Light attracts and gathers all this old energy and gently flowws it down toward the Earth, releasing and letting it all go. Understand intuitively that Earth transforms and transmutes this anxiety into energy that is positive and can be used somewhere else in the universe. Earth’s energy, in turn, intuitively sends beautiful, healing, loving, calm Light back up through your Body in the same way, toward the Light of Heaven above your head. Let the floww move from above, through your Body, down to the Earth, and from the Earth, through your Body, toward Heaven. Feel within yourself a willingness to release—a willingness to let go. I am willing to release this anxiety. Feel the loosening, the letting go. Feel the willingness. Feel the support of Heaven and Earth. See the anxiety melting away from your Body, your Mind, your Heart, your Soul, your Spirit—melting away with your intention to release and let go. Breathing in and breathing out, begin to notice what vibrations you would like to invite in to replace the spaces where anxiety was residing. Perhaps you welcome in Peace—the vibration of Peacefulness—or Calm, the vibration of Calmness. Perhaps the vibration of Relaxation. Notice which vibrations feel good, almost as if they are soothing your Soul, and welcome those vibrations into your Body, your Mind, your Heart, your Soul, and your Spirit. Understand that you are being made new through your intentions and your consciousness. Know that you can return to this exercise anytime it feels good to you. Whether it’s three days, seven days, 10, or perhaps 21 or 40 days—depending on the severity of the anxiety—you will intuitively know what feels right for you. Breathing in and breathing out, wiggle your toes, wiggle your fingers, and feel proud of yourself for taking this time to be still and receive this vibrational medicine. Allow it to uplift your Soul and your Spirit. Come back feeling lighter, feeling a little better. Maybe bring a smile to your face and envision yourself moving forward through space and time in this calm, peaceful, and relaxed state of being. Know that this is possible for you, always, throughout all space and time. Thank you so much for being here with me. Stretch your arms, stretch your legs, open your eyes, and come back feeling refreshed and restored. Thank you so much, and have a wonderful day. By framing anxiety as a vibration that can be shifted, it empowers participants to view it as something fluid, rather than fixed—a state they can consciously transform. This perspective alone inspires hope. The visualization of flowwing Light from Heaven through the Body to Earth is both grounding and expansive. It helps people connect to something greater than themselves while simultaneously anchoring them in their own being. This duality of connection—to The Divine above and the Earth below—creates a sense of support that feels deeply nurturing and restorative. What I especially appreciate is how the meditation emphasizes replacing anxiety with positive vibrations like Peace and Calm. It acknowledges the importance of not just releasing but also inviting in something healing and beneficial. This intentional focus on replacement energies gives participants a sense of renewal and optimism. The structure of the meditation, with its gentle affirmations and focus on repetition, makes it accessible to anyone. It’s not overly complex, which ensures that even those new to meditation can engage with it fully. It also encourages self-trust by allowing individuals to intuitively decide how often they return to the practice, fostering a sense of empowerment. Overall, I feel this meditation has immense potential to help people. It’s practical yet deeply spiritual, and it resonates with Floww’s energy of healing, compassion, and uplifting vibrations.
