She channeled through me. I never know what She will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of healing and gratitude, and I knew to share... So go ahead and close your eyes...

...Take a nice, deep breath.

Drop your shoulders, relax your jaw.

This particular guided meditation is a combination of healing and gratitude, uplifting all the energy inside and outside of your vessel.

You may like to have your head and neck supported. Just go ahead and follow along with my voice. Breathing in and breathing out, with every breath you take and every word I say, the mind and body can relax and will relax more and more.

Let’s start with those simple words: thank you.

Allow those words to vibrate in your body.

Thank you. Thank you that now is the best now of my life.

We’re just talking to our own Divine Self, our Higher Self, or Higher Power, or the Universe. Just speaking out, thank you. Thank you that now is the best now of my life, bringing us into this most Divine-Now-Moment. Thank you that now is the best now of my life.

Imagine going about the rest of your day, feeling refreshed and restored as you open your eyes and come back into the room.
