I never know exactly what she will say or how she will guide, yet as I listened and channeled this message, her presence brought a deep sense of letting go, and I knew to share… I Am in the Floww and the Floww is in me... So go ahead and close your eyes. And just take a nice, deep breath. Just drop your shoulders. Relax your jaw. And in this session, we're going to work with affirmations. These affirmations are about being in the Floww. So they're quite simple, but powerful. All you have to do is listen, breathe, and just allow the Floww of energy to move in and outside of your body at its own pace, with ease and grace, and so let's begin. I am in the Floww. I received these channeled affirmations from Floww on a drive to Pigeon Forge, TN, for a family trip to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The message came to me the day while I was driving, feeling a mixture of emotions about the trip. I first recorded them with the sounds of the highway and traffic filled the recording. Simply speaking the affirmations brought a calming effect, even with the surrounding noise. The next morning, Floww gently encouraged me to record again in the stillness of the hotel room, allowing the energy of the words to come through clearly. This meditation carried a peaceful invitation to release, grounding me in the floww energy with ease.
