She channeled this meditation through me. I never know what she will say or who the meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of healing and upliftment, and I knew to share… So go ahead and close your eyes... ...take a nice, deep breath. Relax your shoulders, relax your jaw. This guided, vibrational, healing meditation is to assist you in connecting with your inner child in a way that is healing and uplifting, bringing wisdom, bringing peace and understanding. So let's begin just by relaxing the body. And a wonderful way to do that is bringing in the light, bringing in the love. And so let's go ahead and begin to imagine somewhere above the top of your body. There's a beautiful, bright white light. And we're going to go ahead and let that beautiful bright white light begin to floww down across the top of your head. Relaxing the top of the head, relaxing the forehead, relaxing the back of the head, the ears, letting the eyelids get heavy, letting the cheeks relax, letting the front of the neck relax, the back of the neck relax and the shoulders to completely and totally let go and breathing and in breathing out, relaxing the mind, letting the white light soothe the thinking mind. Let the white light continue to move through the body, and with every breath that you take and every word that I say, your entire mind and body can relax more and more. Nothing you have to do or say or think or feel, just let go, release, relax. Let that white light flow gently down your back, relaxing the upper back and the mid back and the low back. But that beautiful white light move around the sides of the body to the core of the body, relaxing the chest, the upper belly, the lower belly. We're going to let the beautiful white light move through the arms and the legs, and allowing with it the arms and the legs to get heavy in the whole body to just relax and sink in, so go ahead and let the upper arms and the upper legs be filled with this beautiful white light, the lower legs of the lower arms, relaxing, filled with this white light, the hands and the feet relaxing, assisted by this beautiful light, and then imagine the light just kind of moves around the body in such a way that all the energy around your body is calming, peaceful, relaxing, really creating a nice safe cocoon for you to be in and relax into. Go ahead now and let this light from the top at the head floww through the whole body and down past the feet and just kind of anchoring in to mother earth, sort of feeling that grounded energy. Just feeling safe and secure, right here, right now. We're going to go ahead and bring our attention into the heart space. Maybe taking a few breaths to expand the energy in the heart space, relaxing the heart, relaxing the emotions around the heart. We're just going to go ahead and begin to envision here in the heart space, maybe at the base of the heart, a beautiful park like setting, trees and grass, perfect sunshiny day, blue skies, flowers, birds, butterflies. A safe space, and may be seeing yourself as your higher self here in this park like setting in your heart space, your hire that has a lot of wisdom, a lot of love, a lot of kindness and understands how to parent your inner child. Go ahead and imagine that you're higher yourself and your inner child are just sitting right here a maybe on a park bench together, and you can see this younger version of yourself. However they want to show up, notice, maybe what the expression on their faces, maybe notice what they're wearing. Maybe you notice what their energy is like. You see yourself as your higher welcoming this little one with open arms. So they know they're not alone, never alone, and here in this safe space in your heart is a place to connect to have a reunion to spend time together this little woman express anything that's on their heart their mind to you and notice that you are so loving and accepting of anything they have to share. So just fill into this connection and maybe while we're here in this place, seeing your heart as your higher self connecting with the heart of your inner child, maybe see a line of energy from your heart to their heart is making this beautiful connection. Imagining that anything this little one is wanting or needing that here within this vision, it's very feasible and possible to give than whatever that might be another little tool that may be helpful is to give this little one something like a magic wand, something along those lines there they can just kind of tap this or that, and whatever it is that they are wanting or needing will come to them with ease and grace. You see a little sparkle on the end of that magic wand. You can show them teach them how to use it. Maybe not even needing to tap on anything in particular, just kind of tapping it out into the air and knowing if they want whatever it may be or need, whatever it may be that they can just give a little tap into the air, and then it'll be there for them a blanket and glass of water, a hug may be a friend to play with whatever they need more love. Whatever it is in your own way, here as your higher self, maybe you giving this little one an embrace or some words of affirmation, letting them know that they're safe and that you are right here with them. Maybe even letting them know that you will come back to this place in space to connect with them often. If they want or need your attention, just let them know all they have to do is tap that magic wand, and whenever you think of them just know, that's them wanting a little love, a little attention. You don't necessarily have to come back into a meditative state. You may just be going about your day and get a little tap, you can place your hand on your heart and say a little I love you, where I'm here. You can also come back to this meditation any time that feels good to keep strengthening this union, this connection, this love, deepening this relationship, healing this little one within your being for now we're going to say, not necessarily goodbye because we will leave this vision of your higher here and your heartace with your inner child, until you bring your conscious awareness back again and breathing in peace and breathing out peace, and knowing that you are doing the absolute best that ye can in this healing and connection, that you're fostering and nurturing, being proud of yourself for taking the time to make this beautiful connection, breathing in and breathing out, and we were going to let the heart kind of come back down. We had to expanded it before and now we're just going to allow it to come back down just to a size that fits very nicely in your chest. Breathing and breathing out, maybe wiggling the toes and wiggling the fingers and bringing the hands to the heart just laying the palms of your hands on your heart space and giving things to you yourself, your adult self, right here, right now, for taking this time to be still and to go within. And just come back to this meditation as often as you like, sometimes three days or seven days, 21 days, 40 days, whatever you might like to even commit to can make a difference, but follow your intuition and follow your knowing and know that this audio is here for you whenever you need it. Know that I am here for you and that I love you, and I thank you so much for taking this time to be with me to day. Thank you so much and be well. Recently, Floww guided a meditation for releasing the energy of childhood trauma, specifically focused on those deeply sensitive experiences of overcoming childhood sexual abuse. It was a powerful, uplifting experience aimed at releasing old energies and supporting deep healing. But as I woke early this morning, around 3 a.m., I felt another gentle nudge from Floww. She guided me to connect with my own inner child, to create a bridge of love and comfort within myself, and to allow this healing to unfold even further. In the quiet of the early morning, I felt her presence as I connected to the tender place of my own inner child. We sketched together, letting her creativity and playfulness floww onto the page, and I felt a sense of unity and comfort in this connection. Floww then gently encouraged me to share not only this sketch but also this guided meditation—a follow-up to the previous one—as it naturally complements that healing work. This meditation is here to help you meet your inner child, to let them know you’re there, to offer comfort, safety, and love. Healing childhood trauma is a layered journey, and in addition to releasing old energies, it’s vital to let our inner child know that they are seen, loved, and safe. Floww reminds us that in connecting with this part of ourselves, we create a safe space where both healing and growth can flourish. May this meditation be a gentle companion for those who feel called to it. I know these sessions are not just for others but are equally for my own healing, too.
