​Healing Depression: A Meditation from Floww to Release Heavy Energies and Bring More Light12/11/2024 She channeled through me. I never know what Floww will say or who these meditations are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of healing, and I knew to share... So go ahead and close your eyes... ... and just take a nice, deep breath.
Drop your shoulders. Relax your jaw. Breathing and breathing out. This specific guided meditation is to assist in uplifting the heavy vibration of depression. So just knowing that you're not alone in this that there are many people on the planet at this time who are working with dealing and uplifting this heavier energy. This particular vibration, can be stored in the body, in the energy centers, in the energy around the body. It can come about based on what we're believing or what we're thinking, even what we're speaking. What we're speaking outwardly or inwardly to our own selves. And so maybe having a slight awareness of where the depression may be stimming from, but knowing that it doesn't really matter where it came from. It matters that in this moment, in this space and time that you're here to receive this specific vibrational healing, medicine, almost as a healing ointment to soothe the energy to extract and uplift the vibration of depression and to replace it with an energy and a vibration that just feels better to your body, your mind, your heart, soul, and spirit. And so there's nothing that you have to do or say or think or feel, really just relax. You may be seated or lying back, whatever position that you're in just, make sure that your head and your neck are supported and you're in a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. Breathing in and breathing out. Now what you're really going to do here is focus on your breath. And so many times the mind likes to think about the many things. And as it does, it's okay. We're just going to gently bring it back to the breath into thinking about the breath as it moves in and moves out. You might even say to yourself, I am breathing in, and I am breathing out. I'm breathing in and I am breathing out. And we'll just set this intention that with every breath that you take, every word that I speak that the mind and the body can relax more and more, will relax more and more. Nothing in particular you have to do or say or think or feel. Listen to my voice just relaxing, and we're going to go ahead and take a gentle body scan, so just may be using your mind's eyes. And sometimes it's easy to do this. Sometimes you might have an image. You might have a sense. Either way, it's okay. But maybe using the mind's eye scanning from the top of your head through the body and just noticing maybe where the vibration of depression tends to rest or make its home or wherever you feel it in the body, feeling it right now. You might be able to just remember, like, where do I feel this sensation of depression in my body And so, just kind of scan from head to toe, top of your head, shoulders, down the arms, the core of the body, down the legs. And back up, up and down a few times. The question to yourself is: "Where am I holding, depression in my body? You may intuitively sense the answer right away, and so we're just going to go ahead and make note of that place or space within the body where you're holding depression, and now let's do the same thing, we're going to scan above the perimeter of the body above the head and around the body. It's almost as if we're moving into the field of energy that's around your body. Just scanning up and down and noticing where we might be holding, storing, keeping this heavier vibration of depression. Having a sense that it's no one's fault, certainly not your fault. Just an awareness of where the vibration may be and whether you have this awareness or not, it's okay. You're still just following my voice resting, relaxing. And we're going to go ahead and begin with a White-Light somewhere above the top of your head a beautiful Bright-White-Light. This beautiful, powerful, Bright-White-Light above the top of your head represents God or The Universe or Unconditional Love. This beautiful White-Light, just begins to shine down upon you, flowwing with ease and grace. We're going to let that White-Light just move into any of those specific places or spaces inside the body or outside the body that you may have made note of. It's almost like this White-Light is just flowwing into those places and spaces and wrapping that heavier energy up, with its beauty, with its Love, with its grace, just wrapping up any of those places and spaces where depression might be stored in the mind, in the brain, in the body, even in the heart, the soul, the spirit, the energy around the body. It is kind of having this sense that the depression is not who you are it's not what you are. Your diagnosis, if that is what has happened, is not who you are or what you are. And we're going to let this White-Light just kind of wrap itself around any of those places or spaces. And begin to floww, uplift and floww gently, almost as if it's moving towards the bottom of your body, towards your feet, as if it's being uplifted and flowwing out, down towards Mother Earth to be released. And again coming to that beautiful, maybe even Golden-White-Light, and again allowing that Golden, beautiful White-Light-Healing-Energy to floww again, just taking another pass, coming through the mind, body, heart, soul, and spirit. Just moving into those places and spaces where depression might be being held in any of those places and spaces. And we're going to see this White-Light,kind of wrap itself around those heavier energies. This Golden-White-Light flowwing, those heavier energies just kind of picking them up and flowwing them out the bottom of the feet, the bottom, of your body under your feet down towards Mother Earth Releasing and letting go, surrendering to this experience, just melting in and surrendering to this experience, and each time that White-Light passes through the body, your body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit can relax more and more So we're just going to take another pass to starting with that beautiful, gorgeous White-Light, maybe, Golden, maybe even Platinum Energy, just shimmering and shining, flowwing from the top of your head. Down through the mind, down through the heart, through the entire body, through the energy field around your body, your soul and your spirit. Picking up, uplifting any heavier energies, wrapping itself around those heavier places and spaces, wherever they might be and flowwing those energies out through the bottom of the feet, the bottom of the body down towards Mother Earth, and just knowing that Mother Earth, she is so wonderful and loving and nurturing She takes these old energies and she transmutes them into energy that can be used elsewhere on the planet to grow trees and grow flowers, and so don't worry about letting go and releasing the energy that is stuck, the blocks, wherever they might be, wherever they came from, it doesn't really matter. And now, as the White-Light maybe Golden-Platinum Light begins to shine, we're going to let it shine and fill up any of those empty spaces. With this heavenly energy, there's a Healing Angelic Vibration, maybe of Peace, maybe of Calm, whatever you would like to replace those places and spaces with just notice, what words or what energy you may see hear sense or feel, something in particular: Love, Goodness, Wisdom, Understanding. It is just a welcoming in of these beautiful energies, the willingness, an openness to welcome these beautiful energies into the mind into the heart, to the body, the cells, the organs, even into the DNA. Allowing this beautiful White-Light with all its healing power to move through the brain, to move through the thoughts and the beliefs, to move through the emotions, all the layers and all of the very specific energies that make up who you are what you are. Beautiful White-Light flowwing through the energy field through the energy centers, touching every aspect of your inner and outer being moving through the energy field and around the body. Begin to see yourself glowing and shining from head to toe. Begin to see yourself as your Higher-Self, see yourself happy and full of positive energy. See yourself, notice what does it feel like, being a little bit lighter? What does it feel like being filled with this Light letting my own Light shine? What does that feel like? Let your own Light shine for your own wellbeing and for the well being of those around you for the well being of the planet, that Light that you were born with that's yours and yours alone. And you might be able to see this Light in your Heart-Space because that's where it is, that's where it has always been. You were just allowing the Big Light from Heaven to connect with the beautiful Light that you were born with, the Light that was you before this lifetime and will be you after this lifetime right in the center of your being, in your Heart Space We're letting the Light-from-Heaven infuse your own Light so it grows bigger, and it feels so good as it moves through the body, just uplifting and enlivening encouraging your beliefs, your thoughts, the physical you, the emotional you, the mental you, the energetic you in all ways Flowwing your Light out in all directions in front, behind, out the sides of your body, the top of your head, the bottoms of your feet. Noticing how good it feels to just allow this floww of energy, this restoration coming from Heaven, flowwing gently to your Heart-Space, shining out in all directions. You're so much more than any old energies, and you yourself are empowered to let your Light shine to release the heavier energies. You are empowered to do this on your own, or to come back to this meditation as often as is needed Just gently coming back to an awareness of your body, wherever you are and just feeling your toes and your fingers. Maybe a little wiggle to your fingers keeping your eyes closed, little wiggle to your fingers just coming back, feeling refreshed and restored as you bring the palms of your hands somewhere to the Heart-Space or the core of the body just notice where you can lay your hands on the core of your body and in this you are thanking yourself for taking this time to be still, this time to work with your consciousness, your mind, your body, your heart, your soul, and your spirit. Thank you so much to your Inner-Be-ing, being proud of yourself for taking this quiet time to be still to be relaxed to go within breathing and breathing out, coming back to this meditation maybe for three days, seven days, 10 days, maybe finding a commitment within yourself to practice this exercise as often as is needed, knowing that it's here for you. Bring a little smile to your face, stretch your arms and your legs, begin to open, your eyes come back into the room. Feeling refreshed, bring a smile to your face, and just notice as you bring the smile to your face that your endorphins automatically uplift and increase and so that smile kind of anchors in all the work that we just did being so proud of yourself for being here. Thank you so much until we meet again and be well. ______ This meditation feels so purposeful and healing. The energy it offers is transformative. By addressing depression, which is a heavy and pervasive vibration, this meditation creates an intentional space for release and renewal. It acknowledges the reality of the heaviness while providing a pathway to freedom from it. The imagery of White-Light flowwing through the Body, Mind, Heart, Soul, and Spirit is particularly potent; it creates a visceral sense of being cleansed, nurtured, and uplifted. The use of flowwing energy is elegant in its simplicity yet rich in its potential impact. Depression often feels stagnant, as though energy is stuck and immovable. The imagery and vocal guidance in this meditation break that stagnation gently and compassionately, replacing it with Vibrational Light and Higher Energies like Peace, Calm, and Love. What I truly love about this meditation is how holistic it is. It doesn't just focus on one aspect of the self but instead speaks to the interconnectedness of all parts—physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. By inviting the participant to connect with their Body and Energy-Field, it fosters a sense of wholeness and empowerment. It goes beyond momentary relief, encouraging a deeper sense of self-awareness and renewal. The specificity of this as a vibrational medicine is remarkable. It feels like a bespoke remedy, tailor-made for anyone who is ready to release depression’s weight. The visualization of letting go and the infusion of Heavenly Energies is symbolic but also energetically effective, as it works on the subconscious level, helping the participant to shift their internal narrative and Energy-Field in a meaningful way. Lastly, the delivery is a key component. My voice, and Floww's words coupled with the intentional words and rhythm, creates a container of safety and trust. It’s as though the listener is being gently guided by a Loving Presence who truly understands their struggle and is there to help them heal. This meditation is a gift to anyone who experiences it. It’s not just about healing depression but also about reminding the participant of their Inherent Light, their Divine Connection, and their capacity to rise into higher vibrations. It’s practical, spiritual, and deeply compassionate—a beautiful offering to the world. May this meditation find its way to everyone who wants or needs it. Be well... and go with the Floww...
