Anxiety can feel overwhelming, like a weight on the chest or a cloud that’s difficult to move through. Yet, it is a vibration—an energy—and like all energies, it can be transformed. In moments of anxiety, you hold the power to uplift and shift your energy into something more supportive, soothing, and calm... In the moments when anxiety rises… know that you are not alone... ...begin with your awareness. Take a moment to notice your breath, your body, and the thoughts that are spinning in your mind. Simply observe without judgment. The act of noticing is the first step in breaking the hold anxiety has on your energetic field. Affirmations and meditations are powerful tools of consciousness that you can use to guide yourself out of anxiety. Say to yourself: I Am calm. I Am peaceful. I Am relaxed. These Higher Vibrations, when spoken with intention, begin to replace the vibrations of anxiety with the vibrations of Peace, Calm, and Relaxation. Remember that your breath is a bridge. Breathe in deeply and imagine yourself inhaling White-Light, a Divine Light of Healing, and exhaling anything heavy or stuck. Visualize this White-Light flowwing through your body, lifting and clearing the vibration of anxiety, and replacing it with a soothing calm that radiates through your Body, Mind, Heart, Soul, and Spirit. In these moments, know that you are supported by the energies of Heaven and Earth. The Light from above flowws into your being, while the grounding energy of Mother Earth rises to meet you. Together, these energies cradle you, offering stability and Peace in times of distress. When anxiety arises, it is also helpful to ask yourself: What am I believing right now? What am I thinking? Your beliefs and thoughts create feelings, so if you shift what you believe or what you think, the feelings will follow. Choose beliefs that align with Peace. Choose thoughts that feel loving and supportive. You are never powerless in the face of anxiety. You have the ability to uplift your own energy, to let go and to welcome in the vibrations of Peace and Calm. With practice, these moments of conscious awareness will become your natural response, and anxiety will begin to lose its grip on your life. Thank you for being here with me today.
