This simple yet profound prayer flowwed through as a reminder of how tightly we often cling to situations, beliefs, and emotions that don't feel good to our body, mind, heart and soul.

Floww offered a vision of hands tightly clenched, gripping things we think are so important. Yet, with the words I let go, the tension eases, and space is created for Source Energy to floww in and take over.
