A Simple Prayer to Forgive: Listen and Pray Together to Floww Light Energy to the Body, Mind, Heart, Soul, and Spirit

She channeled through me. I never know what She will say or who these prayers are meant for, yet as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought a deep sense of lightness, and I knew to share… Dear Source Energy, I forgive... Amen.

Dear Source Energy, I forgive... Amen.​

We could say simply, I forgive, or we could say, I forgive so-and-so, or I forgive this person, place, or thing. We can fill in the blank, but the truth is, Source Energy already knows what we’re talking about. When we say, I forgive, what we’re really aiming for is to forgive everyone, for everything. Our goal is Unconditional Forgiveness.

Is that an easy thing to do? No, it’s not. There’s a part of human nature that just wants to hold on, to grind that bone of resentment, to keep holding on. But holding on only entraps us. It keeps us from moving forward.

In the same way that we ask for forgiveness for ourselves, whether for something big or small, and we know that Source Energy forgives us, we also want to be proactive in our willingness to forgive others—people, places, things, companies, organizations, governments, presidents, family members, spouses, children—it doesn’t matter. Life continuously gives us things to forgive.

We want to be unconditional not only in our Love but in our Forgiveness.... Unconditional Forgiveness. Sometimes, we have to say it silently to ourselves. Sometimes, we say it out loud. Either way, forgiveness sets us free. It frees us to move forward in our lives. It cleans our auric field, clears our energy centers, and brightens our Light Body. It helps us resonate more fully in our True Nature.

This prayer is simple and powerful. It doesn’t have to be a big deal. You don’t have to carry the weight of unforgiveness. With these few words, you can release it: Dear Source Energy, I forgive... Amen. Whether small or big, it’s not about the action itself but about freeing yourself. When we forgive, we reclaim our freedom, our lightness, our peace.

Source Energy loves you, Floww loves you, and I love you.
