Dear Source Energy, I’m sorry. Amen.

There’s sometimes a misunderstanding about the phrase I’m sorry. Some people say we shouldn’t say it, as if it implies we are sorry people, or that it diminishes us. But Floww reminds us that saying I’m sorry—when it comes from the heart—is liberating. It frees us, and it frees the one we’re apologizing to.

This is not about saying it in an overly apologetic or codependent way, but about making amends when we know, deep inside, that it’s the right thing to do. We know when we’ve stepped out of alignment. Whether it’s something we said, thought, or did, there’s a recognition within us when we’ve caused harm, even unintentionally. In those moments, saying I’m sorry is an act of courage and humility. It’s a way of clearing the energy, setting ourselves free, and allowing the other person—whether a loved one, a stranger, or even ourselves—to move forward as well.

We can say I’m sorry to Source Energy, to ourselves, to family, to friends, to coworkers, to pets, or even to the Earth. Whether it’s for a small misstep or a bigger mistake, the act of apologizing allows us to clean and clear our energy field, align our Light Body, and return to our True Self.

Whether or not the other person forgives us, we know we’ve done our part. The energy shifts, the heaviness is lifted, and we can move forward. This prayer is not about being perfect—it’s about owning our humanity and taking responsibility for our actions. It’s not a big deal; it’s just a powerful step in healing and alignment.

Dear Source Energy, I’m sorry. Amen is a simple yet transformative prayer. It clears away guilt, regret, or shame and brings us back into alignment with Love, Light, and Peace.
