I don't know who this is for but, I recently channeled a meditation that bring us back to center when we’re swept up in feelings of excitement, anger, frustration, or deeply upset... This meditation from The Floww guides us through a gentle process of tuning in to the energy of our emotions with compassion and curiosity, without needing to "fix" them or push them away. Instead, it invites us to soften, breathe, and find stillness, allowing us to be present with what we feel without letting the emotion control us. What to Expect in the Meditation As we begin, I’ll guide you to connect with your breath and relax into a place of stillness. We’ll work together to identify where in the body you feel the emotional energy most intensely, gently easing tension and bringing soothing energy to that space. The Floww’s calming energy infuses each step, allowing you to feel held and supported as you allow the emotion to settle. By the end, you may find a deeper sense of calm and balance, and a renewed awareness that, no matter how intense our feelings, we can always find peace within. This is a practice I encourage you to come back to whenever emotions feel like they’re running high, as it works beautifully over time to build resilience and self-compassion.
