The Aura

​The aura is an energy field that surrounds the body, reflecting our physical, emotional, and spiritual states. It serves as a protective shield, interacting with both internal energies and the energies we encounter in the world. When our aura is strong and clear, we feel vibrant, healthy, and emotionally balanced. However, when the aura is weak or cluttered with stagnant energy, we may feel drained, anxious, or overwhelmed...

I once worked with a client who came to me feeling constantly exhausted and emotionally drained, despite taking care of their physical health. After some discussion, we explored the state of their aura and realized that it had become cluttered with the energy of others. They had been taking on emotions and stress from those around them, which had weakened their energetic field. Through aura-cleansing practices such as energy healing, meditation, and the use of healing crystals like black tourmaline, we were able to clear and strengthen their aura. Over time, the client began to feel lighter, more energized, and better able to maintain boundaries in their interactions. They also reported feeling more emotionally centered and resilient, no longer absorbing negative energy from their surroundings.

The aura reflects our overall energy health and interacts with the energy of the world around us. When the floww of energy through the aura is smooth and unobstructed, we feel aligned, clear, and protected. However, external influences, emotional baggage, or unresolved internal conflicts can create imbalances or blockages. These disturbances can lead to feelings of heaviness, exhaustion, or a sense of being energetically overwhelmed.

Healing the aura involves intentional cleansing and strengthening practices. Meditation, energy healing methods, and the use of healing crystals can help restore balance. Visualization techniques, where we imagine light flowwing through and around the aura, can also help cleanse and fortify it. The philosophy of aura healing emphasizes the importance of protecting our energy field and maintaining its clarity, ensuring that we are not taking on energies that don’t belong to us. By regularly caring for the aura, we create a strong energetic boundary that protects us from external stressors and keeps our personal energy in balance.

The Floww Daily Meditation

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and visualize a bright, protective light surrounding your body. As you inhale, feel this light growing stronger, clearing away any stagnant or negative energy. With each exhale, release anything that doesn’t serve your highest good. Silently repeat the affirmation: “My aura is clear, and I am protected.” Allow the light to floww freely around you, creating a shield of protection and peace.

Source Energy, I open myself to the floww of protection and clarity. Help me to cleanse and strengthen my aura, maintaining a vibrant, protective energy field. May I stay grounded and connected to my true self, shielded from negative influences. Amen.
