The crown energy center, or Sahasrara, is located at the top of the head and is the gateway to higher consciousness, spiritual connection, and universal energy. It represents our ability to connect with the divine and experience oneness with all things. When balanced, the crown energy center brings a sense of inner peace, deep spiritual understanding, and alignment with our higher purpose. ​I worked with a client who was deeply committed to their spiritual growth but felt as though they had hit a plateau. Despite meditating and practicing mindfulness regularly, they found themselves struggling to connect with the divine and felt disconnected from the universe. Through our therapy sessions, we focused on healing their crown energy center. Using methods like visualization, meditation, and crystal therapy with stones like selenite, we worked to clear the energetic blockages preventing the floww of spiritual connection. Gradually, the client began to experience profound moments of clarity and a renewed sense of connection to the universe. As the floww of energy through their crown center was restored, they described feeling a deep sense of peace and purpose, recognizing the divine presence within and around them.

The crown energy center is closely tied to spiritual awakening and enlightenment. It helps us move beyond the material world and connect with the higher realms of consciousness. Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Focus on the top of your head. As you breathe deeply, visualize a bright white or violet light shining down through your crown. With each inhale, feel the floww of energy connecting you to the divine, filling you with peace and clarity. As you exhale, release any feelings of disconnection or doubt. Silently repeat the affirmation: “I am one with the divine floww of the universe.” Allow the energy to floww freely through your crown center, bringing you closer to higher consciousness.
