She channeled through me. I never know what Floww will say or what form these guided healing sessions will take. Yet, as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought forth a deep sense of connection and healing, and I knew to share... So go ahead and close your eyes... ... and just take a nice, deep breath. Drop your shoulders. Relax your jaw. Breathing in and breathing out. This particular meditation was inspired by a vision of a flower, and so it's a flower meditation for peace and healing. Allow yourself to just be, to come back to your True Nature. Let’s relax the mind and connect with the breath. Relax the body, and go into a beautiful visualization to welcome this flower medicine for the Soul. It’s always nice to begin with an awareness of your breath. Just breathing in and breathing out with awareness within yourself. “I am breathing in” on your inhale, and “I am breathing out” on your exhale. We’ll set the intention that with every breath you take, the mind and body can relax more and more. There’s a sense of deep and profound appreciation from the Universe, God, or your Higher Power that you are here, taking this time to be still and go within. So you’re just listening to my voice and thinking about your physical body, allowing it to relax: Relax the muscles across the top of the head. Relax the forehead. Relax the eyes. Relax the ears. Relax the cheeks. As your thoughts come and go, allow the coming and the going, then gently bring your focus and attention back to my voice and back to your breath. Relax the jaw. Relax the chin, the mouth, the throat. Relax all the muscles across the front, sides, and back of the neck. Relax the shoulders. Relax under the arms. Relax the biceps, triceps, elbows, and forearms. Relax the wrists, palms, backs of the hands, and fingers. With this beautiful flower meditation, as we move into relaxation, you might welcome the aroma of your favorite flower or even the color of your favorite flower to move with your breath as you’re breathing in and breathing out. Relax the back. Relax the space around the shoulder blades and behind the shoulder blades. Relax all the muscles along the spine, relaxing the spine from the top down to the tailbone, and all the muscles in the back. Relax the sides of the body. Relax the chest. Relax the upper belly and the lower belly. Breathe flower energy into the body and into the heart. Relax the hips. Relax the glutes. Relax the upper legs, the knees, the shins, and the calves. Relax the ankles, the tops of the feet, and the bottoms of the feet. Breathing in and breathing out, breathing in the essence of the Divine Flower. Whatever flower that may be for you, in your mind’s eye, you may begin to see this flower or even imagine yourself with this flower. Feel the energy of the flower as you’re breathing in and breathing out, allowing the mind and body to be still, your Heart, your Love, your Light to expand. As it does, your consciousness and imagination may bring you into a place and space in Nature. See yourself as your Higher Self, perhaps dressed in beautiful clothing. The temperature in this place and space is perfect. See yourself full of energy, with a smile on your face, walking on your Path—your Path that is yours alone, your unique Divine Path in this sacred and soulful place in Nature. This space nourishes your Mind, Body, Heart, Soul, and Spirit. You’re walking on your Path, and noticing that along your Path there are trees, there are flowers, and a beautiful sky. Your bare feet are connected to Mother Earth. On this Path, the flowers are healing. As you walk, it’s almost as if they dance with you, noticing your presence. You may begin to see an energy between yourself and the flowers. Breathing in and breathing out, find a place or space that calls to you—maybe one flower in particular is calling to your Heart to come and be with her, to come and sit with her. Allow yourself to find a comfortable seated position in this place and space in Nature. Notice this unique connection with this beautiful flower, almost as if she is smiling at you. Your awareness of her begins to expand, and the energy between you becomes very noticeable, almost as if you can see it and feel it—from her petals to your Heart, and from your Heart to her center. Notice her colors and her shapes, how she moves, how she dances, her leaves, her stem. Notice the environment around her, where she’s connected to Mother Earth—her roots, her life, her existence—and her smile at you, at your life, at your existence. Maybe you notice her aroma or the energy she emits, and perhaps the appreciation, the admiration your Heart emits in return. Feel this beautiful, symbiotic relationship. Allow her energy to soothe your Mind, your Heart, your Soul, and your Spirit. Become aware of your connection with this loving, healing, amazing flower as you sit with her. Allow yourself to simply Be. Be connected. Be in this sacred place and space. Wherever your Mind, your Body, your Heart, or your Soul needs uplifting or healing, let her beautiful energy, her colors, her aroma flow into those places and spaces. Let her energy move into the energy centers within your Body and the field of energy around your Body. Know that there’s no need to pick her, no need to bring her home with you, because you can come back to this place and space and visit with her anytime—in your holy and sacred Divine consciousness. In your own way, send her so much love and appreciation. Feel the peace and the joy shared between you. Have a sense that this is what life is all about: these relationships, these moments, these experiences of connection. Breathing in and breathing out, feel this healing, this experience, this medicine for your Soul. As this moment begins to come to a close, maybe give her a bow of gratitude, and notice that she, too, may be giving a bow to you in this sacred acknowledgment. Allow yourself to stand, to say goodbye, and to know that you can return here to visit with her anytime through this meditation or on your own. See yourself standing as your Higher Self—perhaps even more full of peace, contentment, happiness, joy, energy, and vibrant health. A smile on your face. Allow this aspect of your being to integrate fully back into your physical body, bringing all of this beautiful, healing energy with you. Come back into your Body, breathing in and breathing out. Feel the enlivened energy. Be proud of yourself for taking this time to be still, to go within. You might wiggle your toes and fingers a little before you open your eyes. Bring the palms of your hands to your Heart space, giving thanks to yourself for taking the time to do this beautiful meditation. Maybe you feel a little lighter, a little easier than before you started. Know that you can return to this meditation as often as you like. Breathing in and breathing out, know that you are not alone. You are never alone. You might stretch your arms and your legs, bringing a smile to your face before you open your eyes, uplifting your endorphins. Come back refreshed and restored, ready for whatever lies ahead.
