Use Technology; Don't Let Technology Use You: A Message from Floww about Walking the Middle Ground12/16/2024 She channeled through me. I never know what She will say or what form the these messages will take. Yet, as I listened and channeled, Her presence brought forth a deep sense of healing and upliftment, and I knew to share... In today’s world, technology is advancing at an exponential rate... ...It offers convenience, efficiency, and connection, but it also presents an important question: Are you using technology, or is technology using you?
This question forms the foundation of a message that Floww has shared—a gentle yet profound reminder to engage with technology wisely while preserving the essence of our humanity. The Middle Ground with Technology It is easy to become captivated by technology, referring to our own spiritual experiences in technological terms--uploading, downloading, upgrades. While this language may feel relatable or even playful, it also subtly disconnects us from our humanity, reframing our consciousness in ways that can feel mechanistic. But you are not a machine. You are a living, breathing, infinite Be-ing with energy that thrives in communion with the natural elements, not under the constant glare of screens and artificial lighting. Floww invites us to use technology without allowing it to overshadow or diminish the beauty of our humanity. It’s not about rejecting technology or seeing it as an enemy, but rather about maintaining balance and discernment. Use technology with awareness, but don’t let it siphon your energy. Ask yourself: Does this uplift me, or does it drain me? Technology as a Tool, Not a Master The difference between using technology and being used by technology is how it leaves you feeling. If you’re scrolling endlessly on social media, finding it difficult to stop, and come away feeling drained, tired, or disconnected, that’s technology using you. Conversely, when technology serves as a tool—helping you create, connect, or share something meaningful—it uplifts your energy. But even when technology helps you, there can still be residual effects—a "technology hangover." Perhaps your eyes ache, your body feels tense from sitting too long, or your mind feels over-stimulated and restless. These are signs that it’s time to step away, reconnect with nature, and restore balance. Preserving Your Humanity As technological integration moves closer to the human body—through wearables, glasses with screens, internet-connected cars, and even the possibility of internal implants—it becomes more critical to maintain a firm stance in your humanity. You are not your devices. The answers you seek are not found in machines but in the natural world, within your heart, and in communion with your higher self and Source. Floww reminds us to spend time in nature, breathe fresh air, feel the warmth of the sun, gaze at the stars, and connect with the elements. These are the true sources of renewal and vitality. Engage in creative pursuits like drawing, painting, or journaling. Spend time in face-to-face connection with others. Meditate and strengthen your relationship with the Divine. These practices not only restore your energy but also deepen your awareness of what it means to be human. They ground you in the truth that your energy is limitless, your connection to Source is eternal, and your humanity is sacred. A Call for Discernment As technology continues to evolve, it is vital to approach it with wisdom. Ask yourself these questions regularly: Am I using technology, or is it using me? Is this tool helping me feel more connected and alive, or is it leaving me drained? While technology can be a valuable tool, we must use discernment to avoid becoming overly reliant on it or allowing it to encroach on our innate human experience. Stay mindful of the moments when stepping away from technology brings clarity, peace, and balance. Floww gently encourages us to walk the middle ground—not villainizing technology but not allowing it to dominate. Use technology, but don’t let it use you. Stay grounded in your humanity, and honor the sacred connection between your spirit, the natural world, and the Divine. May this message find its way to everyone who wants or needs it.
